 When to Sell Your Books

• • Buyback is available throughout the year, except for the 1st week of semester classes.

  • Peak buyback periods occur during the last two weeks of each semester. 

   

  Buyback Prices

  Buyback pricing is based on campus and national demand, which changes each term.

   

  Condition Requirements

  • Acceptable: 

  o Gently used with minimal highlighting and writing 

  • Not Acceptable: 

  o Missing pages or incomplete materials 

  o Significant damage (e.g., torn pages, damaged spine or cover) 

  o Water, food, or smoke damage 

  Final condition evaluation and acceptance are determined at the register by a Course Materials representative.

   

  Special Cases

  • Loose-leaf textbooks are evaluated on a case-by-case basis and typically have lower buyback value. 

  • Access codes are only eligible if they are unused and unopened.
