General

Q. What are the Bookstore’s business hours?

A. The Bookstore’s regular hours are Monday – Thursday from 7:30 am to 6:30 pm and Friday from 7:30 am to 5:30 pm.  During the summer, the hours are Monday – Friday from 7:30 am to 4:30 pm.  The Bookstore and all affiliate locations are closed on observed University holidays.

Q. How can I check the status of my order?

A. To check the status of your order, login to the website.  Select the Orders tab. If the status is "Payment Received", your order has been placed but hasn't shipped.  If the status is "Completed", the order has been fulfilled and shipped (or at least placed in our outgoing shipments bin).  If the status of your order is anything else, or you have additional questions, please contact us.

Q. How do I reset the password on my account?

A. To reset the password on your account, select the Login link.  Select the tab that says "Request new password".  Enter the email address you used to place the order and select "Email new password".  Instructions on establishing a password will be sent to your email account. If you still have difficulty, please contact us.

Q. Can I use a gift card to pay for my order?

A. Our site currently only takes credit cards for payment.  We hope to be able to accept gift cards for payment of on-line orders in the future.  We can accept a gift card for a phone order.  Just select the items you would like to purchase (noting their item number below the picture and description) and call the Bookstore during regular business hours.

Q. Are all the products for sale in the store also for sale on the website?

A. No!  We have many products that are only available for sale in our store.  If you don't see something on our website, please contact us and let us know what you are looking for.  We are happy to take orders over the phone.

Q. Does it matter which email address I use when I place an order?

A. We recommend you use the email address that is currently on file with the University.  This will help keep all of your purchasing activity together and cause less confusion should there be an issue with your order.

 

Shipping and Returns

Q. How do I return a product?

A. Merchandise can only be returned if it maintains its original condition.  It must be returned within 30 days from the date of purchase.  Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment.  

For a quicker turnaround, we suggest using UPS for all returns.  Please complete the Return Form and send it along with the products to:

Q. What is your standard shipping turnaround?

A. If an order is placed before 12:00 pm (Noon) CST and designated Next Day or Second Day delivery, it will be processed and shipped that afternoon.  All other orders will be processed the next business day.

Q. How long will it take for me to get my order?

A. Ground shipment orders are normally processed and shipped within one to two business days.  Shipping transit times are controlled by UPS and are based on distance.  Please refer to the UPS Outbound Transit map for ESTIMATED shipping times under normal conditions.  The Bookstore cannot guarantee delivery based on this schedule and provides this information only as a courtesy.  If you need your order by a certain date, please consider using Next Day or Second Day delivery.

Next Day and Second Day orders will be processed and shipped same day if the order is received by 12:00 pm (Noon) CST.

Q. How long does it take for in-store pickup orders to be ready?

For in-store pickup, please allow 24 hours from the time your order is completed for product to be delivered to the specified location.  Pickups can be made during that store’s regular business hours.

Q. How can I track my order?

A. Just login to your account and select the Orders tab.  Select the order number to see the order details.  A section labeled "Tracking numbers" will be visible below the order total.  Click the link to go directly to UPS's website with tracking information.

Q. Do you ship internationally?

A. Yes, we ship orders to locations outside the United States.  International orders are subject to import duties and taxes.  Any additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by the purchaser (the one who ordered the product).  Contact your local customs office for further information.


Coupons and Discounts

Q. I have a coupon code.  Can I use it on anything?

A. No, coupon codes cannot be used on gift cards, technology products, textbooks and other items as determined by the Bookstore staff.  Coupons are typically not good on already discounted merchandise.  We attempt to exclude all non-eligible products from the coupon.  If a coupon is used on a non-eligible product, the Bookstore may offer to sell the product to the customer at the regular price or to cancel the order.

Q. How do I use my coupon code?

A. Coupons should be entered in one of two places at the time an order is placed.  On the Shopping Cart screen, there is a Coupon Code field just below the list of products.  Enter the code and select “Apply to Order”.  On the Checkout screen, there is a Coupon Code field below the Billing Information section.  Enter the code and select “Apply to Order”.

Q. How do I obtain a coupon code?

A. Coupon codes are provided to members of our campus community for promotional and appreciation purposes.  Past examples of coupon codes are for new students, season ticket holders, or alumni groups.  The Bookstore reserves the right to discontinue a coupon without notice.  Coupons are monitored for use.  If a coupon is found to be used in a manner inconsistent with its purpose, the Bookstore may offer to remove the coupon from the order or to cancel the order.

Q. Are on-line orders eligible for the staff/faculty discount?

A. Currently, the staff/faculty discount can be applied to an order via a coupon code.  Please contact the Bookstore to obtain a coupon code.

A. Sizes are industry standards and vary by vendor.  Any sizes other than Unisex will be labeled as such (i.e. Youth, Women's Junior Fit).
